This is about tennis tournaments . . . Do not merge items which are about the different topic.

Example:

2012 Sony Ericsson Open (women) (Q2302482) is "2012 Sony Ericsson Open – Women", and it contains both, singles and doubles tournament.
2012 Sony Ericsson Open – women's singles (Q305437) is "2012 Sony Ericsson Open – Women's Singles", and it contains only singles tournament.

Second example:

2012 Dubai Tennis Championships (men) (Q14696033) "Men's tournament at the Dubai Tennis Championships 2012", including singles and doubles.
