protocol (P2700) in source code repository URL (P1324) edit

Hi 1914 Josef.
I noticed that you've reverted my change Öffi (Q2606214)source code repository URL (P1324)https://gitlab.com/oeffi/oeffiprotocol (P2700)Git (Q186055) back to Öffi (Q2606214)source code repository URL (P1324)https://gitlab.com/oeffi/oeffiprotocol (P2700)HTTPS (Q44484). Before doing my initial change I've looked in other entities which contain statements with source code repository URL (P1324) too. While most of them had HTTPS-links to Github they all stated "Git" as protocol instead of "HTTPS" (one sample being source code repository URL (P1324) of Matplotlib (Q2985668)) which in my opinion makes more sense for a repository since "Git" states the protocol of the repository itself while "HTTPS" states the procol to retrieve data from the repository.

If you agree with me I'd like to request that you revert your last change.
Thanks in advance. --Naseweis520 (talk) 13:49, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

You are right. I couldn't find any documentation, but the Github-wiki-bot uses source code repository URL (P1324): https://github.com/konstin/github-wikidata-bot/blob/4e7b2581574fa5120587d9995eb4c7e74ff94c89/main.py#L484-L486
Sorry for the revert!
