Sports Reference

Hi! I wanted to say huge thanks for the clean-up helpjob, you are doing. I really appreciate it. My methods of data check is quite crappy, so there are so much unique value violations, and in this time quite much of other type errors, but that means, that Wikipedias had also errors. I have almost cleaned-up "Format" section. I hope the number of imported IDs overweights the large number of mistakes. --Edgars2007 (talk) 11:32, 31 January 2016 (UTC)

Göran Johansson pekerside

Hei Avilena. Ser du lenket opp min dagsopprettede pekerside fra NOwiki som jeg helt riktig kopierte fra den SVwiki. Men den var en gang tidligere allerede inne på Q10512664 men ble gjort om til en omdirigering til Göran Johansson (Q5626631) etter at den svenske pekersiden ble fjernet fra Wikidata-iden sin og nå opprettet du en ny Wikidata-ID Göran Johansson (Q30535125) for den. Også prøvde jeg å tilbakstille flettinga men fikk det ikke helt til. For jeg mener at det kun burde vært fjernet lenke til PTwiki og ikke SVwiki og etterpå flettet, man kunne jo bare flyttet PTwiki-lenken til riktig entitet. Selv om disse to wikidata-ID'ene var foreslått slettet på en brukerside for vedlikeholdsoppgaver. Det var forøvrig User:HCa / Special:Contributions/HCa som utførte disse handlingene om fjerning av wikidata-ID for svensk pekerside og flette Wikidata-ID'ene. Søsken i infoboks

Etter hva jeg har forstått så er det ikke så stor stemning med søsken og ektefeller i infoboks.--Ezzex (talk) 19:55, 27 January 2018 (UTC)

Det kommer vel litt an på. Jeg synes det er relevant for å koble sammen artikler. Foreldre/barn/søsken burde være uproblematisk. Men det er en forutsetning at det finnes en artikkel, hvis ikke er det ikke noe poeng. --Avilena (talk) 20:05, 27 January 2018 (UTC)

Can you change the old name of the airport to its new name? While the city has been renamed from Astana to Nursultan, the airport bears the first name and the surname of the former Kazakh president in front of the words "international airport".

Please merge instead of blanking

Thank you for your work in maintaining Wikidata. I have a small suggestion to improve your future work. If you notice that two items are duplicates, please merge them instead of blanking one of them as you did with the page Q11966531. External sites use Wikidata identifiers, so it is important that we preserve the chain of references. We do this by making one item a redirect for the other. In particular, item ids are intended to be a permanent identifier, so we never reuse them for another concept. See Help:Merge for more information on how to merge items, and consider installing the Merge Gadget. Thanks!

When you (want to) merge items, you may want to use the merge.js gadget from help page about merging. It helps with merging and removes the need to file a request on Wikidata:Requests for deletions.
