Welcome to Wikidata, Centralien!
Wikidata is a free knowledge base that you can edit! It can be read and edited by humans and machines alike and you can go to any item page now and add to this ever-growing database!
Need some help getting started? Here are some pages you can familiarize yourself with:
- Wikidata:About – About the project.
- Wikidata:Introduction – Another introduction to the project.
- Help:Contents – The main help portal for editing and using the site.
- Wikidata:Project chat – Discussions about the project.
If you have any questions, please ask me on my talk page. If you want to try out editing, you can use the sandbox to try. Once again, welcome, and I hope you quickly feel comfortable here, and become an active editor for Wikidata.
Hi Centralien, I noticed your edits like this one. These are incorrect. The items shouldn't be an instance of a category. It should be an instance of a normal (non-category) item. Multichill (talk) 16:10, 5 May 2013 (UTC)
Il me semble bien que cette modification est une erreur. SI j'en crois Help:Description/fr, il faut simplement mettre « commune de France » comme description (et il faudrait par ailleurs créer un item wikidata spécifique pour la ville de Lille mais c'est une autre question).
Translating to SerbianEdit
Hi! I apretiate you are trying to help translate labels on more items, but for Serbian it could be a bit confusing. It would be benefitial if you could omit Serbian from your future work, at least until you get more confident that translations are properly done. All the best! --Милан Јелисавчић (talk) 21:38, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
