Recent range blocks edit
Hi Courcelles, I just unblocked 91.9.96.0/19 which you blocked a couple of days ago. That range belongs to a dynamic range of a large German ISP, thus blocking it can have huge side effects, while it's probably very easy to circumvent. I acted because a user on the German Wikipedia reported that they were affected by the block. If you feel like there was a strong reason to do this, please explain yourself and feel free to re-instantiate the block. - Hoo man (talk) 01:04, 27 December 2014 (UTC)

- @Hoo man: A long term serial sockmaster is using these ranges very consistently. Blocking these ranges is our best shot at cutting out the disruption they are causing (The ranges were determined from CU data, hence why they don't appear to have disruptive edits.)
