Wikidata is a free knowledge base that you can edit! It can be read and edited by humans and machines alike and you can go to any item page now and add to this ever-growing database!
Need some help getting started? Here are some pages you can familiarize yourself with:

Items for user pages edit
Hi DreamLiner! I just wanted to let you know that I deleted an item Q14608034 that you had created for your user page links. On Wikidata, items cannot be created for user pages (per WD:Notability). Thanks, The Anonymouse (talk) 05:16, 17 August 2013 (UTC)
