Unblock request edit

{{unblock|1=Request for IPBE. I am currently in Mainland China and have to use open proxies sometimes to edit on ZHWP. While adding WikiData description or interlanguage links from ZHWP, I have to switch VPN on and off quite many times to complete the progress, which is disastrous in that proxy is often hard to connect from here. Patroller, rollbacker already IPexempted in ZHWP. Thank you.--[[User:Hal_0005|''' <span title="mw:Extension:RefuteHal" style="color:#ff6505;font-variant:small-caps; font-size:17px;padding: 0 5px;">Hal</span>''']] 02:41, 18 April 2018 (UTC)}}

Not sure I'm doing it right. If not, please point out, thanks.-- Hal 02:45, 18 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Solved: no unblock required edit

I deactivated the unblock request, as you have never been blocked here. You meanwhile found Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Other rights#IPBE (Wikidata) and meta:Steward requests/Global permissions (global), which are the right venues. Cheers, —MisterSynergy (talk) 09:05, 23 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
