Babel edit

Babel lets you view and edit more than one language on Wikidata. Just add e.g. {{#babel:de-N|en-3|es-1|fr-2|nl-3|it-4|da-0}} to your user page. With the same language codes you can add links to your userpage on Wikipedia e.g. de:User:User123. --Tobias1984 (talk) 12:08, 8 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Merge gadget edit

Hey Llecco, Just so you know, there is a gadget in your preferences that when activated allows you to merge items automatically. It can even send the emptied items to RfD automatically. There is more info at Help:Merge. It's such a useful feature :) Cheers. --Vivaelcelta (talk) 20:34, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please use this gadget when merging items... Or if this is not possible, at least nominate the items you empty for deletion. Jared Preston (talk) 15:49, 23 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Merging articles with lists edit

Hi Llecco, you removed a list from the list item Q2478948, removed an article from an article item Ministry for Intra-German Relations (Q525316) and then you merged lists with articles, leaving a removed Wikipedia article without sidelink. Undo doesn't work, because the chaos is to big. Could you please do the clean up. --Kolja21 (talk) 13:12, 10 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Now it's even worse. Minister of Intra-German Relations ≠ List of Ministers of Intra-German Relations. I will restore the original items. --Kolja21 (talk) 15:09, 11 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

More merging errors edit

Please first look at the proterties of an item before merging. Do not merge items only because they have the same label! If you are not sure if two items are identical please do not merge them!!! --Kolja21 (talk) 21:04, 31 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Beside merging institutions (predecessor + successor) you also keep merging Wikimedia disambiguation page (Q4167410) with items that are marked as family name (Q101352) etc. --Kolja21 (talk) 21:12, 31 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
