Hello mfnest and welcome to Wikidata. Before you create any more items about judges, please make sure you are 100% sure of the spelling of descriptions in foreign languages. By that, I also mean the correct use of upper and lower case letters. As I've seen at Hans Wolfgang Schmidt (Q33389167), the Spanish "Juez", the French "Juge", the Italian "Giudice" and the Polish "Niemiecki" should all be written in lower case. Be careful when creating numerous items in a variety of languages. I also think it's superfluous to add "Federal Court of Justice" in the description; use employer (P108) instead. Hello Jared Preston and thank you for your message. I will correct the writing errors in the descriptions. I understand that it might seem to be superfluous to add "Federal Court of Justice" to the description, but in my opinion it is the most detailed but still general description for this person. I also checked other judge items that were created by other users (e.g. Manfred Eberhard Rinne (Q1279304)). There the description in englisch is how you suggest "german judge”, but if you take the german description on that page and translate it literally into english you will get "Federal Court of Justice". I checked if other judge items have the property employer (P108) with the value Federal Court of Justice of Germany (Q687323) and didn't find any example. I'm not sure if I should add employer (P108) as a qualifier of occupation (P106) or as a separate statement. Mfnest (talk) 12:55, 26 July 2017 (UTC)

I would add it as a separate statement. In a Wikipedia sense of view, it may make sense to add "Federal Court of Justice" to a description about the subject, because that would be their claim to notability. But on Wikidata, you don't have to have a Wikipedia article to be notable. There are probably others who could explain it better than I can; I just feel that it's completely sufficient to write "German judge". Otherwise, you may have judges who once worked at the Federal Court of Justice, but went on to larger, say, international courts, that would be more important. Or, as another example, you wouldn't need to write "German footballer who plays for Borussia Dortmund" as a description for Marco Reus (Q152377), because he could transfer to a different team. As for Herr Rinne's German language description, all I can say was that it was added by a bot over three years ago. Jared Preston (talk) 22:43, 26 July 2017 (UTC)
