NoclaimsBot for ptwiki

As there is Wikidata:Database_reports/without_claims_by_site/ptwiki, I added pt:Usuário(a):NoclaimsBot/Template_claim.

If you support them, I can compile it for other languages too.

Maybe the bot could process (and trigger the update of) Listeria lists as well.

Once in a while (maybe every month or every week), I'd try to process all items without any statements for a given language. Maybe older pages are more likely to get (or have) templates, maybe not.

I added list of identified issues here. The redirect thing currently has the largest impact. --- Jura 18:11, 8 December 2021 (UTC)

@Jura1: sorry, I haven't been paying much attention recently. I'll add ptwiki. Any other languages that I should add too? Multichill (talk) 20:03, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
np. The bot regularly eats its breakfast .. amazing it still works.
Please add eswiki and itwiki as well.
If there was some interest, I'd add plwiki (it still tops https://w.wiki/4Sn7 ), but Wikidata:Kafejka#items_without_claims_by_site didn't get me much feedback and I'm not comfortable with creating the template list for it myself.
As there are no
can it work with a Listeria list like:
@Multichill Maybe items with just 1 statement could be processed too?
There are 1.1 million items that have only one statement, either P2627 or P646, see Property_talk:P2671#lack_of_other_statements_on_items.
If Wikidata:Property proposal/Google Arts & Culture entity ID2 gets created, that would be 2 statements. --- Jura 12:06, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Call for participation in a task-based online experiment

Dear Multichill,

I hope you are doing good,

I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender system that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our system based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.

The study will start in late January 2022 or early February 2022, and it should take no more than 30 minutes.

If you agree to participate in this study, please either contact me at kholoud.alghamdi@kcl.ac.uk or use this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSees9WzFXR0Vl3mHLkZCaByeFHRrBy51kBca53euq9nt3XWog/viewform?usp=sf_link I will contact you with the link to start the study.

For more information about the study, please read this post: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Kholoudsaa In case you have further questions or require more information, don't hesitate to contact me through my mentioned email.

Thank you for considering taking part in this research.

Regards

How we will see unregistered users

Hi!

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.

If you have not seen it before, you can read more on Meta. If you want to make sure you don’t miss technical changes on the Wikimedia wikis, you can subscribe to the weekly technical newsletter.

We have two suggested ways this identity could work. We would appreciate your feedback on which way you think would work best for you and your wiki, now and in the future. You can let us know on the talk page. You can write in your language. The suggestions were posted in October and we will decide after 17 January.

Thank you. /Johan (WMF)

Catalog

Here is why your constraint broke my work : https://w.wiki/4dLo. I need catalog number. Lyokoï (talk) 22:09, 14 January 2022 (UTC)

@Lyokoï: no it doesn't. See for example Portrait de Octavie la Jeune inv124500 (Q96465472) and Musée Saint-Raymond, Ra 342 b (Q27096399) which don't have the incorrect statements and do show up in your query. In fact, I'll remove it from the first 10 in your list and it will still work tomorrow. I would appreciate if you leave this constraint alone for now. Multichill (talk) 22:19, 14 January 2022 (UTC)
Okay firts object on the list isn’t my part, I will correct them, almost all have the property. And no, you need to make a vote before this modification. I’m not agree with you, and you decided just between the two of you while many people use it. Thanks. Lyokoï (talk) 22:26, 14 January 2022 (UTC)
