Can you translate and upload the much shorter en:Azərpoçt instead in Greek Wikipedia?

Can you also create and upload – Category:European roads in Azerbaijan – just like el:Κατηγορία:Ευρωπαϊκές οδοί της Αρμενίας in Greek Wikipedia? el:Ευρωπαϊκή Οδός 002 crosses Azerbaijan as well. The Wikidata page is Q8950568.
