Hi Spinster, I wonder if a tool Jakob Warkotsch (WMDE) wrote would be similar to faceted search. The tool uses SPARQL, but only behind the UI, so it is comparatively easy to use. Maybe he can send the URL (I don't remember it, sadly) -- Jan Dittrich (WMDE) (talk) 12:10, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
- Here is the link to the (very prototype-y) tool I developed: https://tools.wmflabs.org/wd-query-builder/. I'm not exactly sure what this discussion is about, but there are definitely some existing applications built on top of SPARQL that take the faceted search approach much further. The query builder I made is closer to SPARQL itself, but trying to simplify the complicated parts of it. -- Jakob Warkotsch (WMDE) (talk) 13:23, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
