NFPA 704 in polycarbonatesEdit

Hi. I reverted you edits in polycarbonate (Q62246) concerning NFPA Fire (P994); this is not the right way to add NFPA data (and it was a violation of a constraint marked as mandatory constraint (Q21502408)). Check how it is added in e.g. Q153#P4952. Also, there is a citation needed constraint (Q54554025) in safety classification and labelling (P4952), so every NFPA 704 data needs a source. If you have any problem with this, feel free to ask me. Regards, Wostr (talk) 11:01, 10 August 2018 (UTC)

No problem. Thanks for informing me. We want to use polycarbonate as a test item for the new material infobox on the french wikipedia so I just added the values that were in the infobox. Sources were missing. I corrected the format and added one. Regards. --Thibdx (talk) 11:30, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
Okay, thanks. One more thing: there is no NFPA 704 in this source ;) only HMIS (we don't have HMIS in WD yet, only GHS and NFPA 704 right now; I think the next thing we will be adding to WD is ADR and then maybe HMIS). Wostr (talk) 18:48, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
^_^' I was only familiar with GHS. It's the one I generally see on the products we use in France. This made me learn some things about HMIS and NFPA. I see that these 2 systems have some differences. [1] [2] The statment has been updated. --Thibdx (talk) 21:44, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
Thanks for the update :) Fortunately, most of local classification and labelling systems of hazardous materials are being replaced by GHS (or rather by local implementations of GHS... with many differences between countries; but at least it's the same system ;).
