Importing problems from another project edit

Please do not import problems you have at another project here. When you have a serious question about the admin actions of JurgenNL on NL-wiki adress him on his talk page there. If you continue this unwanted behaviour here your editing rights can be suspended. This behaviour is unwanted and can disrupt Wikidata. TBloemink talk 09:06, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

I did yet several times, but he pretends to understand Dutch in a different way than me. Other area and/or age/cultural/education/social class/etc That's why I try it in English. BTW: why you want to be involved in things between him and me - nepotism perhaps?  Klaas|Z4␟V10:53, 27 January 2014 (UTC) P.S. Have a nice day anyways, m(r)s. Bloemink. In bocca al lupo they say where I live.Reply
PPS This behaviour is unwanted and can disrupt Wikidata. - Your POV; we agree to disagree.

dialogue with admins edit

      • First: their opinions are POV; second: my latest remark has nothing to do with what's happening on other projects. If you want to start a banning procedure for discussing with admins I wish you in bocca al lupo (Italian idiom for good luck) since I have friends, and therefore enemies, here and elsewhere, so think before you act. At my request, JurgenNL has brought this up at Wikidata:Administrators' noticeboard#Importing problems and threatening admins.--Jasper Deng (talk) 09:37, 5 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

You have been blocked for a period of 1 week for intimidating behaviour/harassment and BLP-violating / intimiderend gedrag en overtreding van de BLP-richtlijn. Once this block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest it by editing this page and adding the following template with a suitable reason: {{unblock|1=<the reason for your unblock request>}}. If you are logged in, and the option has not been disabled, you may also email the blocking administrator (or any administrator from this list) by using this form. See Wikidata:Guide to appealing blocks for more information.

Sjoerd de Bruin (talk) 11:25, 5 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please refer to the administrators' noticeboard discussion for details about the violation. I should note that I endorse this block because you have shown no intent of stopping this behavior (not necessarily the BLP violation, but what I warned you for above).--Jasper Deng (talk) 11:26, 5 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
The week passed, right? I'm still blocked... Kind regards,  Klaas|Z4␟V11:04, 13 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
You are blocked indefinitely by John F. Lewis because you kept evading your block. JurgenNL (talk) 13:28, 13 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
I probably should have noted I extended the block. You have been blocked indefinitely due to your recent evasion of the block using dynamic IPs. Using IPs to edit (more specifically, complain about your block at the project chat and at Sjoerddenbruin's talk page is purposely evading the original sanction. After i blocked two more of your IPs over the span of 2/3 days, I was asked whether indefinitely blocking your account is appropriate by a few administrators and I decided to do so. You may appeal the block but block evasion multiple times is not something taken lightly especially considering the original block was for harassment etc. for public reference; the administrators who commented on the block extension were: Sjoerddebruin, JurgenNL and TBloemink. If any if those three want to make any additional comments, I'd appreciate it. Also @Jasper Deng: fwiw per his comment in the admin channel about the IP blocks. John F. Lewis (talk) 16:08, 13 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
Agree. It was a very unwise thing to evade your block. Now, you will have to stop editing at all for one month (maybe two) and then ask for an unblock outlining your understanding of what led you to be blocked in the first place before we can feel confident and unblock. I am usually very lenient and willing to unblock early, but block evasion is a no-no. — ΛΧΣ21 04:08, 14 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
Thank you!  Klaas|Z4␟V:  22:51, 14 March 2014 (UTC) My block came because I had an argument with a young admin from Netherlands. Long story. He seems not to believe in "feel free" and "assume good faith" the most basic principles. We call it bureaucracy. Hope you can make the period shorter than a month  Klaas|Z4␟V22:58, 14 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
It doesn't work that way. If you aren't willing to ever play nice, it's all the more reason to keep you indefinitely blocked until you can do so. Sockpuppetry and en:WP:NOTTHEM do not help your case.--Jasper Deng (talk) 23:02, 14 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
How I can be nice to them if they are not nice to me? See their delete requests on Commons with arguments I don't understand well. Not their businees IMNSHO, Thank you for explaining and linking, but I prefer reaction from Jurgen, Sjoerd and Tomas. They understand the Dutch culture and language better, but not the Italian. Do you?  Klaas|Z4␟V00:56, 17 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
The three Dutch admins you mention all concur with me that it's your behavior alone that has been problematic.
Either way, your conflict with them from the Dutch Wikipedia doesn't belong here at all. Also, as a general warning, if you continue to talk about them and not you, you may lose your ability to edit your talk page (this page). Here's an offer: I will be willing to unblock you if and only if you meet the following conditions:
  1. You wait without editing here for a period no less than six three months.
  2. You engage in no sockpuppetry (this includes block evasion), not just during that period, but also afterwards.
  3. You agree to avoid making any comments related to your dispute on the Dutch Wikipedia.
  4. You agree to not send abusive emails of any kind during that sixthree-month period.
  5. You agree to abide by en:WP:BLP / nl:WP:BLP.
  6. Last but not least, if I or another admin finds that you are engaging in any of the above, then you may be immediately blocked indefinitely again.
If you accept the offer, add {{unblock|I accept Jasper Deng's offer and promise to refrain from further disruption.--~~~~}} below my comment after waiting for those six three months.--Jasper Deng (talk) 01:10, 17 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
That's quickly, mr. Deng!
  1. Why six months? I can live with three max
  2. Was my last email abusive?
Ok, I can reduce it to 3 months. Your last email wasn't abusive, but the fact that John F. Lewis revoked your access to Special:EmailUser here is because your email to him was abusive, and hence why I'm including it as a condition.
I also would like it if you would limit your comments to here and not via email to me, since because your Special:EmailUser access is disabled here, you should really be honoring that. By the way, those three months start after your last edit here.--Jasper Deng (talk) 01:46, 17 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ok, thanks.

I accept Jasper Deng's offer and promise to refrain from further disruption.

You did not read my first condition, right? You have to wait for three months before requesting an unblock.--Jasper Deng (talk) 17:01, 17 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

That's what I mean with Cu (see you) I mean for a request to unblock. Here or via Wikimail to you so June 17 15:00 UTC or later. TIA again,  Klaas|Z4␟V13:05, 1 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
You fall just slightly short of the three weeks, but after discussing this with another administrator on IRC, I've decided to grant you an unblock on the conditions Jasper set out above. If you bring any nlwiki disputes to Wikidata or violate the BLP policies of nlwiki or enwiki on Wikidata, you will be blocked again. You are also reminded not to log out and use your IP or email access to cause trouble either as this will also result in you being blocked again. We believe these are fair restrictions and hope you abided to them. Thanks, John F. Lewis (talk) 13:16, 1 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

I'm back edit

Thank you moderators! I noticed that I'm able to edit again and tested on Klootschieten. Let's wait on the French to cover it as well :)  Klaas|Z4␟V15:03, 17 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
