Wikidata:Charité
This page is a record of any projects which the Wikidata community does with data from Charité (Q162684), Europe's largest University clinic. As with any wiki page, the community of volunteers from Wikipedia, Wikidata, and other Wikimedia projects maintain the information here. Anyone may edit this content or discuss Charité data in Wikidata on the talk page.
No one should expect that anyone at Charité manages Wikidata's reuse of the open data which they provide. This page is not a communication channel to Charité, and is only a public discussion forum for the data resources which Charité offers to anyone.
Projects using information from the Charité
editIn a typical Wikidata collaboration editors integrate a dataset from the organization into Wikidata. Beyond that Wikimedians may develop the data, such as for example, editing related Wikipedia articles which complement the dataset.

Microbial volatile organic compound database mVOC 2.0: a database of microbial volatiles
mVOC based on extensive literature search with manual validation. Bacteria and fungi, similar to plants and animals, emit small compounds and are an outstanding source of volatile organic compounds. Respective volatilomes are of structural complexity and diversity and possess the capability to influence neighboring organisms and communities as well as the hosts. For the first time an up-to-date data set is provided comprising the effects caused by discrete/individual mVOCs in plants, fungi, bacteria, invertebrates and vertebrates.
