Motivation edit
This is an identifier that will help match the informations about Brazilian elections, since the official sources used this code instead of the ones provided by IBGE. Unfortunately, there is no unique URL or even a website that shows this code, therefore being available only by the elections tables. Despite this, I would like to be created as an identifier. - @Ederporto: as you stated that you want to create this property as an identifier I have changed the datatype to
external-idinstead ofstring. Please be extra careful when filling the datatype field of a property proposal: this is the only characteristic of a property that is hard to change after creation.
