Motivation edit

The Musées Nationaux Récupération database, administrated by the french Ministry of Culture, provided more than 2000 records about artworks recovered from Nazi plunder and allocated to French National Museums. Currently 260 items are linked to the database with the property described at URL (P973) https://w.wiki/4GcQ ; a dedicated property for the external-id would be better and usefull. En creusant un peu, on se rend qu'à un cas type de numéro ne correspond pas toujours un unique cas type d'ID. En effet pour les sculptures du Musée national d'Art moderne, on trouve un ID MAIL0014 et un ID MNAS0010. Pour avoir tous les cas précis, il faudrait avoir toute la base. Or celle-ci n'est pas à ma connaissance disponible en open data. Au final le motif d'ID proposé peut être simplifié de [A-Z]{2,4}[0-9]{5} en [A-Z]{3,4}[0-9]{5} puisqu'il n'y a semble-til pas de cas de préfixe à 2 lettres . Il recouvre bien les différents types de cas existants et laisse la possiblité d'un préfixe textuel, toujours composé de 3 ou 4 lettres, non reperé.
