Motivation edit
I want to create something like Property:P2924. There is encyclopedia mostly about topics of Latvia and Latvians. Each item of that encyclopedia has diferent number (ID) like Great Russian Encyclopedia (Q1768199). I do not understand what information need to add in this proposal. Somebody help me, please, fill this proposal! For example, there is web article (enciklopedija.lv/skirklis/6358) about kokle (Q3504809).
