Motivation edit
Many artists of various types (musicians, animators, video game developers & designers, etc.) got their start on Newgrounds (Q263655) before Youtube and the modern social media giants were a thing. Back when a lot of internet multimedia content was created and consumed on Adobe Flash (Q165658) – especially during the first decade of the 2000s – Newgrounds was one of the biggest hubs for user-generated content. The site is still running today with many animations available as videos and lots of the interactive content working thanks to Ruffle (Q97671415).
Having a dedicated property would help documenting artists' presence on Newgrounds. Currently Newgrounds usernames are being documented using website account on (P553), but there aren't many of these items and moving to this new property won't be very much effort. --Veikk0.ma (talk) 18:44, 14 November 2021 (UTC)

Comment this can already be done with website account on (P553) and value Newgrounds account (Q84365163). However, this is hardly done (1x only for the above), so creating a separate property for it isn't of much use. --- Jura 08:51, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
