Oppose use "hotel rating" with some qualifier. In fact, I would propose replacing "hotel rating" with a more generic property. @Germartin1 https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3178597#P10290 shows how you can record this data using the existing prop hotel rating (P10290). There's no need for a qualifier since the ratings link to the Northstar system, so you can fetch all these ratings with this query: https://w.wiki/7SQJ.
