I (VIGNERON) am the new Wikimedian in Residence at Clermont Auvergne Métropole libraries and as such, I'll create or improve many items related to the Auvergne. In this case and for this proposal, I'll create items from the Overnia digital library which has a specific perenial identifier that could be useful.
