- I think the property should be used on policy items, not on institutions (so NIH Public Access Policy (Q15102911) rather than National Institutes of Health (Q390551)). It is common for a policy to cover multiple institutions (see Tri-Agency Open Access Policy on Publications (Q22661176) or Bill for a Digital Republic (Q22249127)) or for an institution to implement multiple policies (for instance Teesside University (Q3695910) has 381 and 1143). − Pintoch (talk) 16:23, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
