- Motivation
This information:
- is necessary to join correctly country calling code (P474) with local dialing code (P473) because it shows which is the part to omit (if any). e.g. in Netherlands is 0, so +31 joined with 030 became +31 30
- if a Country do not have a trunk prefix, its value should be "no value" e.g. in Italy is no value so +39 joined with 06 became +39 06
- will help to automate the cleaning of wrong format of local dialing code (P473)
- should be stored at Country level (i.e. wherever is present the property country calling code (P474))

Support but as string datatype as these are not quantities with a precision and they should not be converted or be used in mathematical operations. I've tweaked the nomination slightly (moved the allowed values from example to allowed values and added an example).
