DiscussionEdit

  •   Support Great! --Deansfa (talk) 15:29, 4 February 2019 (UTC)
  • Interesting, but where does one readily find this user ID on a Twitter user's page? Mahir256 (talk) 21:51, 4 February 2019 (UTC)
There are several third-party sites where users can use to find the user ID through their username. On the user page directly, the way that I found is to inspect the page and finding the ID through there. The ID can also be found in the file name for their profile banner as the first line of numbers. https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_banners/<<user ID>>/<<numbers>>/<<resolution>>Jeluang Terluang (talk) 06:25, 5 February 2019 (UTC)
  •   Support Jc86035 (talk) 16:22, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
  •   Oppose adding both --- Jura 08:27, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
@Jura1: Why? There are already similar property pairs with one property being the user-facing ID and the other being the internal ID (e.g. Genius album ID (P6217) and Genius album numeric ID (P6360)). Jc86035 (talk) 13:39, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
    • I hadn't looked into the other proposals when they were done. I think there also one or the other format should be chosen. --- Jura 19:28, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
  •   Support I think Jura would be right, if we had to delete a property, I think this proposal it's better. --Giovanni Alfredo Garciliano Díaz diskutujo 05:08, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
  •   Support This should be used instead of Twitter username (P2002), actually. Maybe a bot could go around and fix it. NMaia (talk) 02:39, 28 February 2019 (UTC)
  •   Comment In the event this property becomes preferred over P2002, what should we do about accounts that have been suspended (so that finding a user ID for those accounts becomes impossible)? Mahir256 (talk) 16:28, 28 February 2019 (UTC)
@Mahir256: They can often be found in the Internet Archive (view source and search for "profile_banners" or "ProfileNav"); Stone's is 47253057. Jc86035 (talk) 08:48, 1 March 2019 (UTC)
