Motivation edit

The UK government is adopting USRNs to identify streets in the UK (as part of a motion to streamline and increase accuracy of address data). This proposal is just to get the ball rolling on having a property for these in Wikidata (the data isn't released openly under Open Government Licence (Q17016921) until July).
