- Motivation
In preparation of entering Cellosaurus cell lines in Wikidata, a number of new properties are requested. This property allows to describe that a cell line originate from the same individual (human patient or animal) than another one. For example the SW480 and SW680 cell lines were derived from the same cancer patient, SW480 from its main colon tumor and SW620 from a lymph node metastasis. In the Cellosaurus OBO version this is described with the relationship 'originate from same individual as'. This property is bijective (if A is "autologous" to B, B is "autologous" to A). This project is being done in coordination with the Gene Wiki team (editing as User:ProteinBoxBot). --Amb sib (talk) 08:04, 25 January 2017 (UTC)
