Comment I don't see a reason not to have this, since it's an official identifier. But to be honest I can't see much use. There is no url pattern and every institution seems to have a SIREN number (P1616). For unknown reasons, regafi.fr lets you search for the SIREN, but not for its own REGAFI ID.
