- Comment Spider-Man (Q79037) does not move by spider web (Q188691). Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 14:10, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
- @Pigsonthewing: When he uses a string-web as a pendulum to swing from location to location... how is he moving? --Izno (talk) 20:59, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
- Their legs? MechQuester (talk) 17:30, 14 January 2017 (UTC)
- At first I was thinking brachiation (Q848840), but now I'm pretty sure it's Corde lisse (Q5169907)! (I'd use the samre for Tarzan (Q170241).)--Pharos (talk) 18:14, 14 January 2017 (UTC)
- If I understand how spiders move after Googling, its kind of like walking with crutches. Thus, I think Corde lisse (Q5169907) does not 100% apply. MechQuester (talk) 01:59, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
- Yes, but Spider-Man (Q79037) does doesn't actually move like a real spider.--Pharos (talk) 03:56, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
- @Pigsonthewing, Izno, MechQuester, Pharos: Gentlemen, can we please stop the wiki-bickering and focus on the proposal? I have changed the spiderman thing to wall-crawling, and web-shooters. So what do you think now about the proposal? Is it useful or not? I think the main usage could be animals.--Micru (talk) 09:49, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
- After putting in my support, I have also created a new item for this, that I think may be most appropriate for both Spider-man and Tarzan → swinging (Q28464929)--Pharos (talk) 21:17, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
