Motivation edit

To see how a subject was described in different countries' laws and regulations. We can define dictionary, encyclopedia, news articles, biographies in described by source (P1343). There should be a place for laws and regulations. In the items for laws and regulations, and another new property like main subject (P921) for described by source (P1343) and depicts (P180) for depicted by (P1299) to be used to link back to the relevant subjects.   Oppose It will become a huge list of related laws in more than 200 countries, and if historical laws are included the number is even bigger. We can simply use main subject (P921) and the size is managable, just 1 statement in each law. --Midleading (talk) 16:15, 26 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
There should be more encyclopedias and dictionaries than laws. described by source (P1343) should be eventually even longer than this. So the length argument is invalid. main subject (P921) is for the "Main subject of a creative work." See description in talk page.
