MotivationEdit

from en.wiki: Ride height (also called ground clearance or simply clearance) is the amount of space between the base of an automobile tire and the lowest point (typically the axle); or, more properly, to the shortest distance between a flat, level surface, and the lowest part of a vehicle other than those parts designed to contact the ground (such as tires, tracks, skis, etc.). --LucaBiondi (talk) 20:30, 28 November 2018 (UTC)

DiscussionEdit

@LucaBiondi: what do you think? A possible problem with P2048 is that it would be meaningless if users don't read the qualifier. --- Jura 04:09, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
Well i prefer have a new property, may be we could change property name to "ground clearance" just to avoid height term.. thanks LucaBiondi (talk) 21:48, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
@Yair rand: Could you please elaborate your example more thoroughly? I don't understand which items are involved and how it would work. You could use the Volvo above. --Ysangkok (talk) 22:20, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
