Motivation

I suspect this could be done with existing properties, so this is more of a request for advice than a real proposal. If we really need a new property, it could be better to broaden the scope of this one (generalizing it to other types of policies? to other aspects of OA policies? suggestions welcome!).

Comment I think some new property is needed to express this, but I'd suggest something more general. For example, how about a property "mandates" or "requires", to indicate what a given policy or law requires, and then for this case the value would be open access (Q232932) with qualifier applies to part (P518) preprint (Q580922) etc. ArthurPSmith (talk)
