Rationale, discussion and results edit

Reason:

User:Sunfee and User:27.122.14.73 : it seems Sunfee was instructing Pratap to act as his meatpuppet to add to Pratap's intimidation, harassment and personal attacks.

At wikiquote, it was already noted that Pratap's account may need a "global lock", that all signs point to WP:NOTHERE that he is engaging in continuous harassment and edit warring and that action should be taken by admins

User:Sunfee was instructing Pratap to act as his meatpuppet and shares part of the blame for Pratap's harassment that was noted by many editors and admins on wikiquote. It is also likely that part or even most of the meatpuppet instructions were over email.

I have added account Sitush to be checked because Sunfee is referring here to a comment by this user which is tucked away in a large talkpage of another wikiquote user. Since Sunfee is a SPA with about 5 edits but knows about this comment tucked away in some talkpage, it is likely they are the same.

This needs a global check because the sockmaster account could be in any wikipedia like for example the Hindi wikipedia.

Sunfee is a SPA that was created only for the purpose of instructing Pratap to act as his meatpuppet. It is very clear that Sunfee is a sockpuppet of somebody, Sunfee seems very experienced with wikipedia and it is not possible that this user has no other account. But this user Sunfee was active on wikidata, he was using wikidata as his base to give instructions to his meatpuppet Pratap. The diffs of Sunfee are all here [1] and the diffs of the other suspected user that Sunfee has referred to are here [2]. I was told I should ask at wikidata for a check. This is a SPA with 5 edits who clearly is a sockpuppet of somebody, and he was abusing his sock to give meatpuppet instructions to Pratap for intimidation, harassment and personal attacks. --დამოკიდებულება (talk) 08:26, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I did check Sunfee solely on the basis that they are a new account with edits uncharacteristic of a new user, but Checkuser is not magic pixie dust.. No leads on any possible master.
