Is it correct that jurisdiction of an Embassy is the State of the diplomatic mission? I think should be the state of the diplomatic mission. e.g.: Q5369978 where the Embassy of the United States to the Holy See is located in Rome, Italy, and not to The Vatican, but P1001 say Vatican. BUT Embassies have extraterritorial jurisdiction.
