Q29458890 and Q381084 are the same, and should be merged, in my opinion. On the Wikipedia pages, some languages are missing, due to this current separation. -- Basile Morin (talk) 02:57, 19 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- @Basile Morin: No, the first is a disambiguation item. If some of the language wikipedia pages linked there are NOT disambiguation pages then they should be moved to the other item (if that is really what they are about). ArthurPSmith (talk) 20:03, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- Thanks. Then there were problems with the disambiguation item: 1) No link to such Wikipedia pages, and 2) erroneous links in 3 other languages. Done I moved the link to fr.wiki to the right item (article Moulting, "Mue" in French), and deleted the 2 other links that had no relation with the concept. -- Basile Morin (talk) 01:27, 21 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- @Basile Morin: Please don't just delete sitelinks like that! It will result in creation of new items unlinked to anything else, which is highly annoying. Also, from what I can tell, both of those WERE disambiguation pages for the term "Mue", so I've fixed the page to indicate that. ArthurPSmith (talk) 18:01, 21 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- @ArthurPSmith: you added "Wikimedia disambiguation", don't you mean "Wikipedia"? Sorry for the deleted sitelinks, the item had no name and was not clear to me, but now with your additions I understand the purpose. Concerning "Moulting", it is an international concept existing in Wikipedia in 46 languages, and French was missing, thus there was no other way to put it here on the correct page without removing the link from the other item. Note that the word "Mue" in French is mostly widespread in relation to "Moulting" (in Wiktionary for example it's almost all about moulting. Perhaps there should be a new page created in WP French, but it's easier like that in my opinion. -- Basile Morin (talk) 07:26, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- @Basile Morin: "Wikipedia disambiguation page" is one of the aliases for Wikimedia disambiguation page (Q4167410); that is the one item used for this sort of situation. ArthurPSmith (talk) 14:02, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

- Note there was another related item - moulting of birds (Q13581436), which also needed some fixing up. ArthurPSmith (talk) 18:02, 21 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- Interesting -- Basile Morin (talk) 07:26, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the help. I would close this thread, now. -- Basile Morin (talk) 06:41, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
