Task/s: Adding labels for languages that have link but no label e.g. [1]

Function details: I scanned dump of wikidata and made a list of items without proper labeling, and I'm adding them. you can see my test contributions in here (search for "Bot: setting proper label for" summaries). It's pretty trivial --Amir (talk) 15:54, 20 October 2013 (UTC)Reply[reply]
