Task/s: Import FIDE player ID (P1440) from templates in Wikipedias

Function details: Import FIDE player ID (P1440) from Wikipedias using the templates Template:FIDE (Q6309645) and Template:Infobox chess biography (Q5619879).

If not set already, I will add: instance of (P31) human (Q5) and occupation (P106) chess player (Q10873124). I use Pywikibot, script harvest_template.py with a few additions to check for and add these.
