I'm working with Stinglehammer on the import of Thesis data from the Edinburgh Research Archive and would like to use the QuickStatements tool. I had thought my autoconfirmed/rollbacker status would carry from my enwiki account but having realised not, would like to request instead a manual confirmation. Many thanks. - How big would this project be? Otherwise I would rather see some bot account that will follow the process on the page you've linked to. Sjoerd de Bruin (talk) 12:41, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
- This is just so that I can test and refine the import script, acting purely on test.wikidata. I won't be doing anything more than a handful of records at a time. For the import of the full set of data to live, a bot request will be created. The current number of records in the final set is unknown, as the source material is still being processed, but it's likely it will be of similar scope to Martin Poulter's work with the Thesis collection from Oxford. - EDIT: Just to add, Andrew confirmed with Magnus via Twitter that the QS tool could run against test: [1]
