Large experience with fighting vandalism at Wikipedia & Commons - sysop flag in both of them for years. Quite active here on Wikidata, and wanting to do more concerning vandalism. Started experimenting with SpeedPatrolling, and the tool suggested I should ask for this flag to do more, so I'm here. Can act on pt, pt-br, en, fr, es, it and a number of other languages, but plan to act mostly on pt and pt-br, where patrol levels are very low. DarwIn (talk) 14:06, 29 October 2020 (UTC)
- Done - Extended experience with being admin on major projects, good luck with SpeedPatrolling! -- Fuzheado (talk) 09:56, 30 October 2020 (UTC)

I am rollbacker in zhwiki and commonswiki in present and I have experience to anti-vandalism. I would like to request rollback permission so that can revert vandalism rapidly and easily in Wikidata. Thank you. SCP-2000 (talk) 15:33, 7 November 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I was granted rollback temporarily by Hazard-SJ. I've been active in reverting vandalism (you can see from my last 100 contribs, example:[1]) and I think that I'm mature enough to handle getting rollback indefinitely. Though you may see a block on en wiki, it was just an emergency measure applied to an already existing self-requested block. Thanksǃ Prahlad (tell me all about it / private venue) (Please {{ping}}

- Or, more exactly, an oversight block following another block where an administrator had doubts in your competence.--Ymblanter (talk) 18:54, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
- @Ymblanter: yes, but that was actually based on one incident after which I asked him to block me. It wasn't a series of multiple incidents. The question is, are there a lot of serious concerns here? Another thing to note is that on the projects I've had rollback on, I've never misused it. A remote incident on another project has nothing to do with rollback on wikidata, and I have never misused rollback on Wikidata. I was only granted rollback temporarily because I asked Hazard-SJ to give it temporarily, as I had been taking a break for a while and hadn't used rollback in a while, so I wanted a trial period to see how I used it. To my knowledge, I have never misused rollback, and I am not particularly disruptive here. I know dozens of people who have advanced rights on WMF projects, even though they have violated some essential rules of that project (I know one user who's a sysop on commons but was once blocked for repeated copyvios). I could've appealed this block or just waited for a topic ban. But did I do that? No. Sure, this block was caused, in part, by competency concerns (I am still a young person). But I also need time to stress out and relax. Enwiki is really the only project I have some real concerns on (and that too, small, because I have been active for the last four months there, and I have only had REAL blocks there for the past two weeks). Please don't expect me to be as mature as you are, because I'm not. Then again, I take the point that I have some competency issues, which I have to fix, but you have to factor in the stress as well, which I happen to have a lot of. So please, cut me some slack and please don't focus on that one block. Instead, please focus on what I am doing right now. Prahlad (tell me all about it / private venue) (Please
