This tabulation is intended to record and develop a principled approach to List 3 on WD:SSMEDRS, in other words to decide which open access journals, not approved by the DOAJ, should be accepted by the SPARQL version of MEDRS. Some should, certainly. The table will need more rows as the scope of the algorithm expands, and the "grey area" of such journals becomes better known in Wikidata terms.
