There are big Ontologies about anatomy with UBERON and the Foundational Model of Amatomy. Different natural languages sometimes have different conceptions between the border of certain anatomical terms. Sometimes they are also simply unclear.

We have to decide when species specific anatomical terms should be used and when species unspecific terms should be used. Is kidney cancer about kidneys in general or about human kidneys?
