- Abstract
In this session, learn how to install Wikibase on your own Mediawiki!
The first part will be a general demo:
- introducing quickly how Mediawiki works and how to install an extension in general
- how to install Wikibase and the different steps of the process
- how to set up the extension, change the preferences, create your first elements
- things that could go wrong and how to solve them
During the second half-hour, you can try to install Wikibase by yourself (we recommend you to arrive with Mediawiki installed already) and ask any question you want.
