Abstract:
It is Wikidata's vision to "give more people more access to more knowledge" and we all want it to include a diverse set of knowledge that represents the world's knowledge now and in the future. However, we are not there yet and besides our ongoing daily efforts, we also want to look at the topic from a more strategic and future oriented perspective. Therefore, we invite you to an interactive workshop where we create idea concepts in small groups and share and discuss them in the larger group afterwards. The session is structured like this:
Because of its interactive format, this workshop has a duration of two hours and participants are expected to be present during the entire workshop. Due to room restrictions the session is limited to 16 people. Registration is open until October 25 10am by adding your name in the "attendees" section, followed by a short sentence describing why you would like to attend. If more than 16 people register, we will have to operate a selection. | |||
