Abstract: Lexemes have been available in Wikidata for over a year now. In this workshop, we will give an overview of what is going on in the lexicographical namespace and help you get involved. We will look at the following areas: The basics of lexemes, their structure and available properties. External tools for exploring and editing lexemes. Bots: What has been done and what is possible? What does the future hold? We invite you to discuss your experiences and needs. Possible questions to explore: What should the review criteria for bots be? Do we need different rules for senses vs forms? What properties are of interest to add? What can we source from the Wiktionaries or other online resources without worrying about license issues? What do you really hate about the lexicographical namespace – and how could it be fixed? Both newcomers and experienced lexeme editors are welcome. We are looking forward to developing new ideas and learning from each other.
