Committee

The conference will take place in a large venue, with 3 different rooms where sessions will be recorded. A volunteer team from C3VOC will provide the streaming service. They will do most of the work, but they still need some assistance to make sure that anything works smoothly.

Streaming babysitter is a nice task for people who want to help but without missing too much of the program: while taking care of the video, you can follow the content of the sessions. If you never used streaming devices or software, don't worry: you'll receive a training by the C3VOC team.

Missions edit

  • help the C3VOC volunteer setting up the camera, software and start the recording
  • keep an eye on the recording to make sure that everything goes well
  • support the C3VOC volunteer in case something goes wrong

Schedule edit

The streaming babysitter will be needed during the full conference (Friday and Saturday). The schedule being quite intense, it has been split in different slots. In order to support the C3VOC technician, two volunteers are needed per slot.

The streaming babysitters will be helped by the technics coordinator, Robert Herndl (WMDE).

If you're interested in being a streaming babysitter, feel free to subscribe on the schedule below! Please make sure to check the program first, and to be available for the briefing meeting.
