Qualifiers for operations on data structures

Refer Topic:To1mh3l2f33lsv18. Algorithms usually have one goal and hence we have 3 cases (average, best and worst) each of time complexity and space complexity. There are more than one operation (insert, search, find minimum, delete etc..) on data structures and hence we may require to use qualifiers to reuse existing Wikidata properties related to time complexity.
