Waithe Test edit
I am planning to create the below:
Lena Waithe Test (Modified to include Black, Black Identifiying, and people considered Dark in their respective individual culture)
- has characteristic (P1552)=passes the Waithe Test
- has characteristic (P1552)=fails the Waithe Test
If the Waithe Test is failed, the following can be used as qualifiers;
- criterion used (P1013)= No Black Woman is present in the work
- criterion used (P1013)= No Black Female characters are in a position of power
- criterion used (P1013)= No Black Women in power have a healthy relationship (Includes Non-romantic relationships. Example: Friends, Children, or Exes)
Please let me know if the above requires any modifications?
The Waithe test can be in both Gender and Ethnic Portrayal Sections?
- @Wallacegromit1:
- As to your questions:
- The Waithe test can be in both Gender and Ethnic Portrayal Sections? - Yes
Shukla Test edit
I am planning to create the below:
Apu/Shukla Test (a work where two ethnic minorities talk to each other for more than five minutes about something other than race.)
- has characteristic (P1552)=passes the Apu Test (Do not know if I should use Apu or Shukla? leaning towards Shukla)
- has characteristic (P1552)=fails the Apu Test
If the Apu Test is failed, the following can be used as qualifiers;
- criterion used (P1013)= Less than two ethnic minority characters
- criterion used (P1013)= Ethnic minority characters do not talk to each other, or only talk about race or ethnic issues
- criterion used (P1013)= Ethnic minority characters talk to each other for less than five minutes about something other than race
Cinemaazi film & person ID's edit
I have created property proposals for the Cinemaazi film ID & Cinemaazi people ID for Indian Cinematic works and people, including for regional language works.
Apologies for adding this here, but the "Ping" function is not working correctly.
Kindly requesting any comments or concerns about the property proposals. Wallacegromit1 (talk) 22:00, 30 October 2022 (UTC)
