Just so you know, one of your deletion requests is on hold at Wikidata:Requests_for_deletions#Q13688868. It appears that it is still in use and cannot be deleted until it is no longer used. By the way, thanks for your work in getting so many merges completed. The tool does not yet take the used statements into account. When an item is merged automatically, the uses have to be changed manually. RE admin rights, I personally believe you'd make good use of admin rights as you make many good requests to RfD. Del_♉sion23 (talk) 23:51, 10 August 2013 (UTC)

Merge

Grazie dell'avviso ma la maggior parte delle unioni l'ho fatta tramite il tool "Modifica link" dal riquadro laterale della voce sulla it:wiki. Una metà di esse di prima istanza mi dava errore e poi confermando di nuovo mi accettava l'aggiunta del link a wikidata. --Alfio66 (talk) 22:27, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

Ho guardato i log delle voci, praticamente hai dovuto trasferire le voci dal numero più alto a quello più basso e cancellare il primo, quindi anche se parto dalla it:wiki devo ricordarmi di verificare il numero più basse ed effettuare lo spostamento? Ho fatto un'altra unione: Q7095537 che sarebbe quindi da spostare a Q3882803 che però vedo già cancellata.--Alfio66 (talk) 23:01, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

Confermo. Ho fatto un ulteriore prova, da it.wiki ho cercato il link en:wiki a it:Playing with Fire, che ho trovato. Anche in questo caso anche con l'ID alla it.wiki più alto mi ha dato l'errore vedi immagine, prima di procedere ho dato un occhio a wikidata che mi già cancellato il contenuto da Q3906534, senza unirlo a Q1237273. Ho poi cliccato sul bottone conferma e ora su wikidata è stato accodato il link correttamente. Penso ci sia propri ci sia un bug da qualche parte.--Alfio66 (talk) 14:32, 26 December 2013 (UTC)

Ciao, Rippitippi! Non sapevo che fossi admin su wikidata per cui ne approfitto subito per sciogliere un mio vecchio rompicapo.

L'item (Q523026) Old Rome è sballato nei collegamenti tra le varie voy. Cioè la voce voy:en:Rome/Old Rome non corrisponde agli articoli voy:it:Centro storico di Roma e voy:de:Rom/Historisches Zentrum

Il collegamento giusto è questo:

Request for feedback on my GSoC'14 proposal

Hi Rippitippi,

I am planning to work on the project titled "Tools for mass migration of legacy translated wiki content" this summer under Google Summer of Code. I have drafted a proposal for the same over the past few weeks. This project is going to help the translation adminstrators like you in a great way, as it would completely automate the tedious manual task of preparing a page for translation and then importing the translations into the Translate extension. You can check the proposal page for detailed information on how I plan to accomplish this.

As you would be an end user of this tool, it would be great if you could go through the proposal and provide feedback/suggestions. Your feedback would definitely help me improve the proposal as well help in creating an even better tool. You can do the same on the discussion page of the proposal or reply here, whichever is convenient for you. I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you!

Village

I don't understand. For instance, if cities Barcelona Q1492 and Valencia Q8818 are "municipality" and "city" in "instance of", why villages cannot be "municipality" and "village"? 88.14.100.137 15:45, 6 February 2015 (UTC)

I think no one is wrong. In Spain, most of municipalities are composed by only one city, one town or one village. If we remove the word "city" or "town" or "village", we should create eight thousand of new item for the cities/town/villages, duplicating the eight thousand items of Spanish municipalities. Hola, vengo para hacerle saber que cuando revertio a esta ip puso una imagen incorrecta, que es esta [2] en lugar de la correcta [3], haciendo que en esta wiki no tenga sentido la foto con el texto, el señor que habla la biografía es un científico que murio en 1959 contradiciendo la foto que no debe tener mas de 30 años de un Militar, pido que se corriga ese error. ya había sido arreglado por el usuario Marcelo pero el usuario Jura1 la volvió a poner y la ip que usted revierto quiso arreglar el error. le pido que lo corrija. Apologies about the "Cielo" entry not meeting notability requirements. I thought I had followed the rule in it being "notable, in the sense that it can be described using serious and publicly available references." Sorry for the misunderstanding.
