Motivation

The site Stihi.ru appeared in 2000 at the same time as Proza.ru. Currently, in the ratings of Rambler and Mail.ru, it ranks first in the rating of literary sites, and the popularity of the resource, according to an article from the Literary Gazette, is due to the absence of restrictions on the publication of works. • I oppose this proposal. There are thousands "authors" registered at this website but only a handful of them are somewhat notable as far as the very idea of this project is to provide the access for self-publishing for those whose works are not worthy enough for professional publishers.
