This property shows the number of seasons a television or radio series has had. It should always be a numerical value, without other symbols or indications. It's possible to add qualifiers, such as point in time and criterion used, or references.
Series in production
The number of season should be qualified:
- with point in time (P585) to indicate when a given number is correct.
- with criterion used (P1013) to indicate what this refers to. Values can be:
If there are several values for the same criterion used (P1013), the most recent one should get preferred rank.
Series that ended
In general, only the total number of seasons is stored.
If there are several ways of counting this, there may be multiple values in rare cases.
Items for seasons
Items for series sometimes list items for each season with has part(s) (P527). This can provide further information.
