Hrvatska enciklopedija online changed its URL format in Dec 2023

In December 2023, Hrvatska enciklopedija online changed its URL format; the referring string is now (for persons) in the format of the article name, for Kajetan Vičić it is vicic-kajetan (see https://www.enciklopedija.hr/clanak/vicic-kajetan ). Therefore the Allowed values should be changed to allow letters and hyphens. Tranquillus (talk) 17:18, 28 December 2023 (UTC)
